It highlights the kindness of strangers, the hard work of shelter volunteers, and the difference it can make to humans and animals when a special bond is created. Not only would this be a heartwarming story to share with children, it would also be an entertaining way to introduce young people to what is involved in puppy care.
This truly is a sweet story.
