Picture Book Idea Month – Day 3

It’s Day 3 of Picture Book Idea Month (PiBoIdMo). Coordinated by Tara Lazar, this annual event asks writers to set a goal of coming up with 30 picture book ideas during the 30 days of November. Registration is still open for until tomorrow, so if you’re interested in joining us, visit http://taralazar.com/2012/10/23/piboidmo-2012-registration-begins-now-sign-up-here/.

PICTURE BOOK IDEA #3: This is a very rough idea based upon a picture book I have here titled, You Think It’s Easy Being the Tooth Fairy? by Sheri Bell-Rehwoldt. What if there was a book titled You Think It’s Easy Being Santa Claus? It could give a humorous rundown of what it’s like to be the jolly old elf. Something silly and zany, so it wouldn’t seem like Santa is a whiner. I don’t know. It might work better with the Easter Bunny.
