As I mentioned in my last post, tiger tales (an imprint of ME Media, LLC) sent me some books to review. We are going to get started on these reviews with board books that are written and illustrated by Emily Bolam.
In Animals Go, a Touch, Look, and Learn! book, children ages 2 – 4 are introduced to animal movements. Using words like crawl, climb, and slide, your toddler will be entertained by the vibrant colors and textured pages.
Animals Talk, another book from the Touch, Look, and Learn! line uses the same bright and bold illustrations and textured pages to bring animal sounds to your toddler’s world. Buzz, moo and more fill the ten pages of this book that will delight your toddler and encourage him to explore the world of animals and the sounds they make.
Bolam has illustrated over 100 books for children for many different authors. In Animals Go and Animals Talk she proves why her artwork is so popular. These books are absolutely adorable. Even my six- and eight-year-old enjoyed touching the pages of this book and reading along.
You can check out Bolam’s website for more of her work. Previously released books in this series include: Colors and Counting.
Animals Go and Animals Talk are great books to entertain and educate your toddler.

Cheryl,
Great concept – using animals to encourage movement and sound. Wish I had a toddler to treat to books in this series.

I’ll bet little kids will love those books, and learn from them, too.

These books look great for young children. I have a one-year-old and four-year-old grandsons and this is something I’ll put on my to get list.
One of tiger tales’ facebook fans posted that she and her toddler “read” these books while waiting on the potty. We love to hear these tips!
