Told in English and translated into Chinese by Joyce Lin, the reader can appreciate the culture and language of China while learning a valuable life lesson. The Note to Readers and Word List compliment the story and help readers to understand what they find within this 36-page picture book.

With adorable creatures whose personalities shine through from the very start, The Frog in the Well is sure to entertain and educate your young reader.

It is a bed-time story (written in poetic verse), filled with weird and wonderful creatures and places. It’s 40 pages long, and is filled with 22 full-color, bright and creative illustrations. The poetry and illustrations will be enjoyed by “kids” of any age for years to come.
